   Petersen Future Solutions offers consulting and strategic support services. The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement with each client.
    

3. Consultation Fees
   Initial 30-minute consultations are free of charge. Subsequent consultations and services will be charged at a rate of $250 per hour unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract.
    

4. Confidentiality
   We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
    

5. Intellectual Property
   All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Petersen Future Solutions remain the property of Petersen Future Solutions. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials for their internal purposes only.
    

6. Limitation of Liability
   Petersen Future Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
    

7. Indemnification
   Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petersen Future Solutions, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of our services.
    

8. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
    

9. Changes to Terms
   Petersen Future Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
   Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
